What do you like best? An excellent tool to find the right person and email to reach out. What do you dislike? I'd love to see more biographical information on participants. A deeper knowledge of likes and dislikes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Much easier to find contact information for key contacts.

Unethical billing practices and combative customer service representatives Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you cancel your free trial, and if you get a massive bill just know going into it that you will have to escalate to get a resolution.
