What do you like best about Robin? We can easily integrate Robin to our Google accounts making booking conference rooms as simple as creating a calendar invite. The room display also helps people be informed about availability of room. What do you dislike about Robin? The challenge is more on ensuring the tablets are always powered on. We found Robin after we finished the construction of our conference room, so we didn't plan to have a tablet outside the room. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best about Robin? Very easy setup, unlike many competitors. What do you dislike about Robin? Have to buy a minimum number of active screens, even though they might not be needed. What do you like best about Robin? The Room displays are clear in terms of displaying a meeting name and displaying if the room has been booked or not. It integrates with Google calendar so that rooms can be booked from our productivity platform. Customer support is very responsive and knowledgeable. What do you dislike about Robin? What do you like best about Robin? - I loved that Robin had a feature that meant if someone hadn't checked into their meeting 5 minutes after it was scheduled to start, the room became available.
