What do you like best about Rippling? It was a breeze! I liked the dashboard that helped me understand what I still needed to complete. I also didn't feel super overloaded with information, which is always nice. What do you dislike about Rippling? I noticed that one dashboard item (background check) did not auto-complete. What do you like best about Rippling? Easy interface and everything is available in one place. What do you dislike about Rippling? I haven't experienced any issues so far and it feels like the easiest HR system that I've used What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? I use Rippling for my team and me to sign up for medical benefits, long-term insurance, AD&D and so on. Its easy to use and no extra effort is wasted on interacting with poor software.

What do you like best about Rippling? It can handle everything I've needed it to so far, and HR and support from them has been stellar! What do you dislike about Rippling? Its a bit overwhelming at first because it's so comprehensive. Ramping up takes time but afterward you're in good hands What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Easily paying and hiring my workforce. I spend less time focusing on paperwork and more time building products.
