What do you like best about Rippling? Every information available as needed for an Employee of an organization. What do you dislike about Rippling? Nothing to dislike here. All good as of now. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? I could easily sign up and upload the documents required for the Onboarding process. Also, I like Rippling because it has all the information for the Employees, including the Benefits and Insurance.

What do you like best about Rippling? The UI is extremely user-friendly. As soon as I thought of a question, it was answered on the same page. "Rippling so easy to use. Makes it so simple to make difficult decisions on Insurance."

What do you like best about Rippling? Ease of use and also the training is very interactive and entertaining to follow. What do you dislike about Rippling? Nothing. Everything about Rippling has been great, would definitely reccomend. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Rippling is helping manage our whole HR side from insurance to direct deposit and even required trainings.

What do you like best about Rippling? Signing up for insurance and benefits is very straight-forward. Each plan has a great summary with a link to additional information if necessary. It really takes the stress and confusion out of signing up. I also love the ability to split my direct deposit up into multiple accounts, either by dollar amount or percentage. "Very clean and modern HR platform with phone app"

What do you like best about Rippling? I can install an app on my iOS or Android and not have to repeatedly log in. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. There are a lot of services that can be accessed right through the Rippling dashboard. Our previous HR portal required a lot of steps to log in, and there was no way to save your login in a browser cookie. Very nice to have everything in a single spot from payroll, to w2, as well as an employee hierarchy structure that makes it extremely simple to tell who's who when you are new to the company. "Convenience is Key"

What do you like best about Rippling? The unified interface that combines many different aspects of management is very useful. I enjoyed being able to access all of my things in one place. What do you dislike about Rippling? Rippling can use more salary tools. It could also use better recommendations around third-party apps for management. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? I am managing my insurance, benefits, and salary.
