What do you like best about Rippling? Open enrollment is always confusing to me, but Rippling made it very clear to understand and stress free! Ease of use, and I liked how all the information was laid out in a way that was easy to access if needed. What do you dislike about Rippling? I did not experience any downside with Rippling. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? It took the stress out of open enrollment!

Rippling is very simple to set up; we are a European company with low levels of knowledge of US payroll, the Rippling team has been super hands-on to help us configure things! What do you dislike about Rippling? Nothing about Rippling itself, but the whole set up process has been a learning process about employing poeple in the US, which takes time. "Easy transition from old payroll company"

What do you like best about Rippling? The onboarding was much easier than I expected. The thought of switching payroll companies even for a small business seemed like it was going to be a hassle. I had to switch as a result of integrating in a 401k and I can honestly say that it was a very minimal effort to get everything switched over and now it is automated and easy. "Convenient Use"

What do you like best about Rippling? I have full access to my work benefits. I love the easy paycheck review and benefits page. Rippling always lets me know when there is a to-do waiting for my account, so I never miss an enrollment period. What do you dislike about Rippling? I dont have any complaints at the time. I think there is always room for growth though. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping my paychecks all in one location has been beneficial.

What do you like best about Rippling? I love that benefit Enrollement is easily accessible. Additionally the notifications that show you to do something at next login. What do you dislike about Rippling? Not a fan of the TOTP required. I know it's an organizational decision but 2 factor text is fantastic 😂 What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Benefit distribution for employees. As well as a time keeping tool for our time away

While choosing different life insurance/benefit options it is a very clear process and the software makes it easy to make an educated decision! What do you dislike about Rippling? What do you like best about Rippling? Userflow is very simple and easily understandable. Notification at regular intervals also very helpful What do you dislike about Rippling? What do you like best about Rippling? Good UI/UX and easy to navigate within the portal. What do you dislike about Rippling? Linking to other web sites (e.g. HSA) can be improved with SSO. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? HR management and it reduces the amount of HR personnel we need in the company.
