"A convenient space to view all your HR information"

What do you like best about Rippling? My favorite part about Rippling is that it conveniently has all of your work and HR documents in one place. You can clock in/out, view your paystubs and tax information, update your direct deposit, and request time off all under one platform, among other things. I also love how user-friendly it is. What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling has a really great user design and is very intuitive to use. I appreciate that I can access all of my documents related to my employment in one place, including my pay stubs and offer letter. What do you dislike about Rippling? I wish Rippling had more integrated features. My company also uses What's App for communicating. Having Rippling link directly to those outside resources would make my job even more efficient. "Great online HRIS Platform"

What do you like best about Rippling? It's very easy to use with screens that walk you through every step. If you can't find something, the help section covers most of the common questions or you can email support and they are very responsive. What do you dislike about Rippling? Everything has been good so far. We had a few issues when we first signed up with taxes, but they resolved the issue with us in a timely manner and everything has been smooth since. What do you like best about Rippling? We are all so busy with our day-to-day job responsibilities, and Rippling provides a very ease of use instructional toosl to get through the process quick and efficiently. What do you like best about Rippling? As an employee user, I find the platform to be highly user-friendly. I love all of the features in the tool. Having the org chart built-in is fantastic. "Solid, straightforward experience and UI"

What do you like best about Rippling? Very easy to navigate and edit personal/financial/medical information. What do you dislike about Rippling? No complaints as of yet. Could be useful to link and sync with other apps such as LinkedIn, Kaiser app, etc. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Makes it easy to edit personal info, medical insurance info, emergency contacts, benefits enrollment, payroll/paystubs/taxes information, access time and attendance, and more.

"Extremely intuitive interface"

What do you like best about Rippling? Just got started at a new company. Super simple to set everything up - from expenses to payroll to insurance...been great so far! What do you dislike about Rippling? Everything is great EXCEPT....the expense submission is the WORST. You have to submit each expense individually. What do you like best about Rippling? I can see my paystubs and print them off simply from the site itself. What do you dislike about Rippling? I love rippling everything is straight to the point. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? I can change my W2 form to adjust my dependants which is very helpful.
