What do you like best about Rippling? I loved how simple it was to use. No complexities whatsoever. The interface is very simple to catch on to. What do you dislike about Rippling? Nothing. What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling is always available to access, information is accurate and nice to check pay or PTO from my phone. What do you dislike about Rippling? Do not have access to FSA on phone app so I need to log on from my laptop to see FSA. Also sign up for new benefits year, signature block would not capture my signature with phone stylist or my finger. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Not sure, I am a user.

What do you like best about Rippling? Always available, easy to find the information I need quickly, well organized UI. What do you dislike about Rippling? Nothing quite yet, emails seem very simple, maybe too simple sometimes but very useful. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Rippling? it's simple and easy to use. gets what you need done without waiting any time. It's on point! What do you dislike about Rippling? I guess the interface could be a bit more colorful & polished. But that is just my opinion. What do you like best about Rippling? The application itself is easy to navigate. The Rippling team was extremely responsive. The transition from the old provider was thorough. The company had a designated representative that gave step by step processes and even videos. The team heard our concerns and responded very quick on each. What do you dislike about Rippling? Transitioning the insurance/benefits was difficult as we were in the midst of re-enrollment with our previous provider. ...

What do you dislike about Rippling? It can be hard to find certain information about healthcare coverage. A link to the precise carrier login would be helpful. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Visibility on healthcare plans and understanding among employees.
