Rippling has streamlined our entire hiring and onboarding process.
What do you like best? I love the integrations with other apps brought into a single place for us. It's super convenient. What do you dislike? The workers comp insurance options could be better. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Rippling allowed us to go quickly and efficiently from hiring to onboarding while not losing focus on growth. Without Rippling we would have had a massive headache to deal with.

Great site for all work needs!
What do you like best? I love how user friendly rippling is! It's so easy to find everything I need and laid out so aesthetically pleasing. The 'pay-day' emails are the best, I genuinely catch myself smiling reading them! What do you dislike? I have nothing I dislike about rippling at this moment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to see alllllll parts of my paycheck which I love!

What do you like best? Able to go page to page and see all I need on one page without having to sign in to different sites. able to request time off and track my requested days off. WE LOVE RIPPLING!
What do you like best? I love how seamless the integration process has been! We have barely had to do a thing and all the data was pulled from our previous platform with ZERO mistakes. What do you like best? The best thing I like about rippling would easily be their simplified layout of the User Dashboard. Compared to similar product dashboard, this dashboard is clear and easy to read. As well as having small icons directing where to go with labeling. What do you dislike? Rippling is fast and user friendly
What do you like best? I like the layout as it is easy to get right where you need with the naming of each subjest right on the landing page once you sign in. What do you dislike? I wish i could see my checkstubs ahead of time What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to access all my pay information as well as it keeps track of my vacation time/ time off requests.

It's on the right track
What do you like best? It's significantly decreased the amount of time I spend onboarding employees to my team. Example: Provisioning of accounts is so tedious and Rippling can do a lot of that work. Their support is also quick to answer my questions. What do you dislike? Rippling is a growing company and haven't fleshed out all the details yet of how to be a perfect tool. Great for Small Business
What do you like best? Rippling makes it very easy to see manage all of our employee paperwork, offer letters, onboarding/offboarding, and more with little effort once it's been set up. They also offer a lot of other services to manage employees and assets as we grow. What do you dislike? We haven't experienced a downside with Rippling. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better management of our payroll and taxes.
