Great HR online tool!!

What do you like best? It's all about ease of use. User guide needed?? NO. Self explanatory navigation? YES. So many of these HR systems have been difficult to use and not easily accessible except on a desktop. Rippling by far exceeds anything I have used in the past. What do you like best? It's very user friendly and it concentrates all the tools you are using. You can manage all your working tool in one place and keep track of all your details regarding the payrolls, the leaves, the team you are in and also be in touch with them. Clean and simple

What do you like best? The interface is easy to access and navigate. What do you dislike? Can be a little messy downloading pdfs on MY mobile phone but otherwise great What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has alot of simple ways to navigate through employees and very easy to navigate the different apps that would otherwise have information that would be needed to looked through on separate platforms.

What a concept...and it works too!

What do you like best? Ease of onboarding, provisioning access, offboarding (including access) and not having to wait for IT! We use Rippling to onboard employees and contractors, this process captures all required legal forms and automatically create accounts for the software tools the employee/contractor needs to perform their duties. What do you like best? Not too enterprise-y. Feel like it was made by a startup. What do you dislike? Perhaps too many apps and they try to enforce some apps on you, like GSuite. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're running our startups payroll with it.

What do you like best? Its email updates letting me know when I am paid. What do you dislike? I wish it had more functions or a way to teach me those functions. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It lets me know the exact of my paycheck and my gross pay.

Awesome Service, Easy to Navigate!

What do you like best? Rippling is easy to navigate. Everything is easily located and labeled. I love that the system is straight forward and easy to use. I don't have to guess where something is located. It also has a very sleek design, not too many colors going on at the same time which I think helps in the navigation!
