Love the convenience and how user friendly it is!
What do you like best? accessibility and convenience! having on my hand held phone is nice! What do you dislike? I like everything about it! Must try for sure! Recommendations to others considering the product: MOST CONVENIENT AND EFFICIENT APP OUT THERE What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having access to my documents rather than having to go to an office for HR or something like that, is the ultimate convenience!

Easy to Use
What do you like best? Easy to log in and easy to find information. Best HR system I've used yet. What do you dislike? Nothing really. The only addition I would like is to know when my vacation expires. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's so much better than other HR systems I've used. This one lets me log in easy, I can find anything I need and it's intuitive.

Extremely User Friendly!
What do you like best? Visually, the Rippling system is pleasing to the eye. I never feel overwhelmed by small fonts that are hard to read and there is no feel of clutter. It has a very clean look and is quite easy to navigate. I love the personal apps page, because everything I need is right there! What do you like best? Extremely User friendly portal. Easy to view PTO and alter any personal financial information neccessary. What do you dislike? Excellent tool for running a lean organization
What do you like best? Rippling provides an excellent experience for seeing and managing your payroll and benefits. It acts as a hub for all the systems our business uses and dramatically speeds up the time to onboard new employees. What do you like best? It's easy to setup and manage payroll and basic HR functions. If we do need help online guides answer almost everything but even still our account rep is always willing to jump on a call and help out. What do you dislike?
