Extremely versatile and user friendly!
What do you like best? The intuitive design and ease of use makes Rippling a great tool for employees, no matter their background. What do you dislike? The mobile app can be glitchy sometimes. What do you like best? Ease and agency
What do you like best? What's most helpful about Rippling is that it's given me agency over more of my work life. It's nice to have an easily accessible place to gain info about insurance, time off, etc. and make changes without needing to go through someone every time. The People Ops team at my job is fantastic and incredibly helpful, and I imagine it's because Rippling has freed up some of their time to do more creative and meaningful things for everyone. What do you like best? It integrates with all of our platforms, benefits and payroll information is easily digestible and accessible What do you dislike? Some employees were confused during the withholding selection section. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The presentation and simplicity with which they communicate the payroll is excellent. What do you dislike? I have not found any flaws with Rippling. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it for our Payroll. Streamlined accounting.

Simple and Easy Payroll Product
What do you like best? I can locate everything I need easily and quickly. All features live within the product. I've used other software, where you're required to process some requests via paper form, and it's great to not have to worry about that with this product! Excelent onboarding system.
What do you like best? Having everything available in one same space related to onboarding a new employee. Having paystubs, offer letters, and other formal documentation is great. Having the possibility to split the earnings in more than one account. What do you dislike? Would be awesome to receive by email paystubs. What do you like best? I like the easy visibility into my pay stubs so I can see exactly what was taken out and where the deductions went to. I also really like being notified every two weeks when I do get paid. What do you dislike? No issue with Rippling. A lot of good tools. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do it.
