Easy to use All-in-one HR platform
What do you like best? The ability to add several apps like RPass for password management enables us to keep everything organized. The ease of integrating software platforms like Autodesk and the added chrome extension for easy access makes rippling invaluable. What do you dislike? They have pretty good income statement reports for employees but I think they can make those reports even more detailed by adding information on annual salaries. Recommendations to others ...

Everything you need in one place
What do you like best? I appreciate the ease of use and access to my personal information and payroll details. It is easy to adjust my withholdings, paystud details etc. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The entire onboarding process is smooth. What do you dislike? I couldn't find anything that I disliked What problems are you solving with the product? Easy to use.
What do you like best? It is quick and easy to use. Very streamlined. What do you dislike? Signatures are difficult to make legible with a mouse. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It seems to be an effective all-inclusive HR tool.

USER Friendly
What do you like best? I like how rippling walks you thru each step, screen by screen. Holding your hand the whole way. I also like the cute emails you get when your check has come to let you know you have been paid. What do you dislike? I can not say that I dislike anything about rippling thus far. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ease of access to pay information and benefits all in one spot!
