Easiest and most user friendly service I’ve used.
What do you like best? Everything is clear and outlined nicely. The information is easy to find and everything is very intuitive. What do you dislike? Nothing so far! Super User Friendly!
What do you like best? I loved how clear and personal everything was. What do you dislike? There isn’t anything I’d change, I think it’s great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am just a user, but it is much more user friendly than the last system my job used.

GREAT EASY TO USE SERVICE!
What do you like best? The tax forms are easy and intuitive to update. Time off requests are very easy to use. What do you dislike? I would like to see my pay stub sooner than payday. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's easier for employees than any other app I've used. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ease of onboarding new employees, payroll processing.

User Friendly
What do you like best? Very user friendly. Tabs are very self explanatory and easy to navigate. Open Enrollment was SUPER easy as well! I loved that open enrollment had my previous year's selections ALREADY chosen as well as had my previous year's dependents so I did not have to re-enter a lot of information! What do you dislike? So far, not many dislikes. I would say the only thing that would be nice is if the "Payroll" tab and "Time Off" tab was a shortcut on the left menu ...

My feeling about Rippling
What do you like best? Works great and is very convenient! I can access, Payroll, Benefits, time punches, etc... all from my computer or mobile phone! What do you dislike? No dislikes so far, this app does everything I need it too. Recommendations to others considering the product: Yes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It does everything I need it to and I can even download it on my phone for quick access

I just updated my insurance package via their website is was SO easy and clear.
What do you like best? The interface is easy to use and it was very easy to compare plans. What do you dislike? There is not much that I dislike. I get frustrated when I don't remember my password but that is not their flaut. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When I get paid. How I get paid, where my money goes.

Simple and easy to use tool for managing employee resources
What do you like best? I really enjoy the Rippling user interface and dashboard. Navigating through Rippling is very simple and the layout of personal apps allows me to find what I need quickly without having to click through a handful of links or tabs. What do you dislike? I wish the mobile application had more access to personal apps. I have noticed I can only view a 1/4 of personal apps on the mobile device. What problems are you solving with the product? The UI is amazing!
What do you like best? It’s not super word heavy and easy on the eyes. What do you dislike? Nothing that I absolutely despise. I think over time, the platform could become smarter and remember each individual user’s signature, and send more personalized updates. Overall though, I love the platform. easy to access, easy to handle and good choice for 1099 payment and others. Strongly recommend!
What do you like best? Easy to access. Strong security. Easy to handle. What do you dislike? Not found yet. Actually, I used this service short time ago, so far so good.
