Loving it!
What do you like best? My company is transitioning to Rippling and at first I wasn’t sure if I would be able to use it but now! Wow ! The ease of use is amazing. The Webinars are helpful and always accessible if needed to be referred to later. Loving it! What do you dislike? I love everything that I have used so far. No dislikes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It’s easy for me to track employee time and attendance.

Easy to understand - easy to manage.
What do you like best? It takes something complicated like employee benefits and makes it simple. The UI was very impressive and visually showed the differences between various plans clearly. What do you dislike? Nothing. The app, website and overall platform was anything but a headache. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It was easy to figure out my payroll breakdown and various healthcare plans.

What do you like best? Very Intuitive with multiple access points, both desktop, and mobile access. What do you dislike? So far every aspect is aligned with my need. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Streamline payroll and benefit selections.

Rippling Gets The Job Done
What do you like best? The fact that everything is so easily accessible and simple to understand. I've used many like this before but I like the fact that everything is just there and I can navigate through the website very quickly because nothing is hard to find! They even email me every payday which is fun... i do like the excitement the emails have. No one can ever be upset about payday and the little reminders is even more reasons to celebrate. Great Platform and a Huge Resource Saver!
What do you like best? One stop shop for all of our business needs (from benefits to expense reporting). Keeps everything under one umbrella! I also like the task and reminder to help me keep track of what I need to complete so that I have nothing else to worry about. What do you dislike? I would like the mobile app to be more robust. An easy to navigate app
What do you like best? The interface is easy to follow and use. What do you dislike? I'm only a month or so in so no real complaints as of yet. Recommendations to others considering the product: Download the app What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Downloading the app makes submitting PTO requests, viewing balances, viewing paystubs and even looking up company holidays.

Much better than Justworks
What do you like best? We recently switched from Justworks and I have to say, Rippling is much easier to navigate and offers more functionality than JW. In particular, I love the feature of SSO and sharing passwords for subscriptions we have across the company. Saves Time and Energy!
What do you like best? Rippling has a one-step sign-in feature (to login to all my normal work tabs) that is so helpful. I also love that I can request PTO and keep up with the administrative side of my work all in one place. What do you dislike? I haven't had any problems with Rippling. Easy and Clear
What do you like best? The user interface is easy to use. Not clunky like other systems. What do you dislike? The menus are not as intuitive from the get-go.
