What do you like best about Rippling? I really like how it is straight forward and easy to use. That is my favorite part of the platform. The previous one my company used was confusing, I never knew if forms were submitted or if I needed to complete something but Rippling always tells me what I need to do, when its completed, how I can complete something and overall, it helps save my passwords etc. What do you dislike about Rippling? What do you like best about Rippling? Ability to approve employees' time off requests quickly and efficiently without having to log in to some clunky system. "Easily accessible and nicely organized."

What do you like best about Rippling? Easily accessible and nicely organized. I was able to complete open enrollment as efficient as possible. I especially enjoy the option to view payment info, W2, withholding, and pay stubs. You can also look for other co-workers which pre-populates in the search bar and has their contact info. What do you like best about Rippling? It's easy to access documents and submit them. What do you dislike about Rippling? I don't know of any negatives to using Rippling. It's worked well for me. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? All of my documents are in one place. I can access paystubs, tax documents, look at vacation time. Everything is there!
