What do you like best about Rippling? I like how Rippling covers everything one needs to onboard, manage, and interact with employees. I personally enjoy a to-do list that reminds me what should be done. Definitely recommend! What do you dislike about Rippling? I think the number of email notifications with my to-do tasks is somewhat extra. I'd be happier if it shrank a bit. "Such a user friendly platform!"
What do you like best about Rippling? Really like how clean the user interface is across the entire platform. Navigation is a breeze and when filling out forms all previous information is carried over from previous years saving time and energy. I've used other platforms in the past that required refilling information on every single form that it becomes a drag to even fill out crucial information that HR needs. It captures the most complicated data entry and conditional flows effortlessly.....things that would typically cause you to abandon the online approach and contact ur HR person What do you dislike about Rippling? Not easy to see status of processes in progress.
