"Easy, cheaper than direct options, and friendly to small companies"

What do you like best about Rippling? It was easy to sign up, and I appreciate that the options are wider but costs are cheaper than "going direct" , especially for a smaller company. Almost all of our HR operations currently run through rippling. "Finally an easy way to do onboarding"

What do you like best about Rippling? Automates the tedium of getting new employees up and running on all of our company's apps. Also helps prevent clerical mistakes during the hiring process. What do you dislike about Rippling? I wish we could use Rippling as a "company directory" but they don't allow you to add custom fields that all employees can see. "Easy to Use Payroll / HR / Benefit System!"

What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling is very easy to navigate and use, whether it being requesting PTO, looking up paystubs or reading/signing any forms that HR require us to sign.
