What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling gives my team easy access to their paystubs, W2, benefints and other important documents. What do you like best about Rippling? The interface is easy to use and intuitive to learn for both employees and administrators. What do you dislike about Rippling? The Report writer takes a little while to learn, but that is still a super easy to use tool. The built in reports are great and useful, and compared to other report writers it is fairly straightforward. Whenever I had a question regarding an integration or how to use the platform, I was clearly directed and kindly supported. I absolutely love the interface of the app and how simple it is to use. What do you like best about Rippling? It is super friendly and easy to use which is good for any company who is new to using HR/Payroll software. What do you dislike about Rippling? Getting the benefits rolled over has been a little bit challenging but we are getting there. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? We went from a manual hiring process to Rippling where hiring doesn't take away a ton of time from my day and I am able to focus on more high-level projects.

"Rippling - First Time User, Great New Employee Enrollment/HR Management Platform"

What do you like best about Rippling? Great reminder system, easy to enroll, common sense UI, streamlined What do you dislike about Rippling? Only downside is that I can't set my status as "waiting" for Health Insurance evaluation (my wife's coverage vs. mine). They sent me a lot of reminders, to make sure I chose to enroll or not (this isn't really a downside though...they wanted to make sure I was covered!).
