"Easy to use HR platform"
What do you like best about Rippling? It is very user-friendly, and both employers and employees like it. What do you dislike about Rippling? I don't like the time off scheduling. You can not edit PTO or sick days once they have been submitted, you must make a new request. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? I have realized my dental and vision benefits.

What do you like best about Rippling? I'm NOT administrative at all. So having an app that makes PTO, Insurance, and other res quests simple and easy is so wonderful! What do you dislike about Rippling? So far everything is easy, so no complaints here. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? PTO requests & hiring & health insurance enrollment.

Rippling is exactly what I need to monitor all things HR. Recommendations to others considering Rippling: NA What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? I have successfully tracked and completed all onboarding tasks, PTO, and scheduling on Rippling.

What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling's app makes it easy to access anywhere. Both the app and the website are user-friendly and make it easy to access important info. What do you dislike about Rippling? Using the PTO function can be a little tricky if you don't work standard M-F, 9-5, but still useable! What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Rippling makes it easy to approve PTO requests and time cards without going through paperwork.

"Rippling is the one-stop shop for employee and hiring needs!"
What do you like best about Rippling? The user-interface is easily navigatable and sleek. The menu layout is perfect, and there are so many apps seamlessly integrated into the application. Most other employee relation services are not as comprehensive and would require multiple apps to achieve the same purpose. On the other hand, Rippling has all I need at the palm of my hand.
