What do you like best about Rippling? The user-interface and user-experience make Rippling awesome. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? I have not had any problems it's very simple to use to view tasks, benefits, and even payroll.

What do you like best about Rippling? I like how easy everything is to use, so I like everything the best honestly. I especially like how I get email alerts when I get paid and the money goes into the bank account, or I need to do something in regards to insurance. I also like how I am able to request time off and it automatically goes to my manager for approval. I can then see if my time off request was approved or not. What do you like best about Rippling? The interface is outstanding and very simple. I love being able to see all of my benefits, apps, and payroll details easily. What do you dislike about Rippling? Sometimes, I find it hard to navigate the apps and wish that the search bar was more advanced. Recommendations to others considering Rippling: Rippling is the best platform out there. What do you like best about Rippling? It is very user-friendly, and both employers and employees like it. What do you dislike about Rippling? I don't like the time off scheduling. You can not edit PTO or sick days once they have been submitted, you must make a new request. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? I have realized my dental and vision benefits.

What do you like best about Rippling? You can find everyone at any time even if is not at your location wich makes on boarding process really easy. What do you dislike about Rippling? If you want to make changes it will ask you a thousand times to say yes. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Rippling? I like that Rippling is easy to use. It has all of my information in one place. I'm new to using it, but so far so good! What do you dislike about Rippling? Honestly, I've used Paycor and ADP before and had a lot of problems navigating through these apps. Two of my previous employers had a lot of problems with getting help for payroll issues.
