What do you like best about Rippling? Recruiting is under the umbrella of HR, and so it was always my department that would roll out the HR Systems. I focus on ATS's, automated follow-ups, email tracking that kind of thing and let HR just roll out what they got. And every single time, I'm shocked and mortified that the HR system is so outdated, overly complicated, massive, and old school. Forget the User experience; there is none. What do you like best about Rippling? The user-friendly and all-in-one location for everything is perfect. What do you dislike about Rippling? In the small amount of time I've used Rippling, I have yet to discover a reason to dislike it. What do you like best about Rippling? The website is very easy to use for employees. The communication is straightforward, as well. What do you dislike about Rippling? Nothing - their website and communication are excellent. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? No problems, ease of use is the biggest benefit.

What do you like best about Rippling? The system is very user friendly. Ability to get reports is super easy. I started using the system the same day I was hired. What do you dislike about Rippling? It cannot do everything like the big HCMs can but the cost is significantly less and they have a long list of features on the product roadmap. "Great HR Platform"
What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling is super easy to setup and use. What do you dislike about Rippling? I don't think the app allows for login via biometric screening but other then that I have nothing to say :) What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? I can view my vacation time and submit my PTO request as well as see my paystub and much more in an easy to use platform.

What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling is so easy to use. It's one of the most intuitive products on the market and simplifies many of the complexities of HR. The employee onboarding and offboarding process has been SO simplified through Rippling. We previously used Zenefits and this is far and above the benefits Zenefits offered. What do you like best about Rippling? HR all in one place. Tech and easy to use. What do you dislike about Rippling? The downside to rippling is that if you're looking for a complex solution, this is not that. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?
