What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling centralized all HR & benefits into one simple to use place. The PEO saves us thousands a year on insurance costs. Rippling also always continues to add more compatible apps to the platform. Honestly, this is a wonderful platform and far better than any other platform I've used including ADP, & Trinet. What do you like best about Rippling? I cannot believe how easy it was to complete all my new-hire paperwork. This was the easiest, quickest, least intrusive onboarding I have ever experienced. I knew exactly what was needed and had no doubts that my privacy was being protected. What do you like best about Rippling? The integrations and automations make Rippling a beast that I can rely on. What do you dislike about Rippling? There are absolutely zero downsides to Rippling. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? I have solved a huge time problem in onboarding off boarding and general HR because Rippling is so intuitive.

As an employee, I was onboarded through Rippling, and I've also done my direct deposit and Health Insurance elections through them as well. What do you like best about Rippling? Everything is obvious and easy to navigate. I can make my choice by myself at my convenience instead of working with a benefits specialist.
