RingCentral is almost an intuitive program. Much like the perfect partner, there is a 'getting-to-know-you' period in the courtship. The relationship will have its ups and downs, yet the love affair continues to grow!

Reliable & Software Continues to Improve
We’ve been using RingCentral for a few years. It has worked well for us and the apps are user-friendly. If you need significant customer service, or are not comfortable with technology, RC and VOIP is probably not for you, but their pricing reflects that. They continually update their software with new features, which we appreciate.

This is an update for our previous review. After our initial review Ringcentral contacted us in time and we worked together and we have resolved our issues successfully. We believe there were misunderstanding on both sides about the service and terms, but we are glad that it's being fixed.
