Valuable and Reliable VOIP
We have been extremely happy with RingCentral. The applications have only improved over the years, and they're always adding valuable features to the app, website, settings, etc., so that we can further configure the product to work for our business. We always joke that we can "finagle" the system to work however we want, but it really is true. We rarely need to reach out to support, but when we do, they are very helpful and pleasant. No major problems
No major problems. My staff and I can see all messages and one or the other can respond. I know there are lots of uses but I just didn't get the time to explore. I would love to know how to use the fax but that on me. All I need to do is make a phone call.
