What do you like best about Rillet? Rillet is very easy to use, intuitive, scalable, and has allowed our team to stay lean as we grow as a business. While closing the books in an accurate and timely manner. What do you dislike about Rillet? Nothing. They are a newer software and are constantly making improvements. Sometimes there are minor workarounds but they are constantly shipping new, great features for their customers.

What do you like best about Rillet? Its simple and intuitive but still scalable. Its AI-built foundation will give you back hours of time / week. What do you dislike about Rillet? Not many downsides, if any. The Brex integration could be more robust, but that's about it.

It has strong flexibility for mixing subscription and usage-based products, which is important for us. The ability to integrate with Stripe for payments and with Avalara for tax compliance makes our processes more seamless. What do you like best about Rillet? The multi-dimensional tagging capabilities are game-changing - I can tag balance sheet transactions across contracts, which QuickBooks simply cannot do. The contracts module and revenue waterfall replaced our single FPA spreadsheet and now I can pull contracted revenue data in seconds instead of managing messy manual reconciliations. What do you like best about Rillet? The Rillet team helped us do a pre-audit of contracts and rev rec during onboarding. That level of guidance made a huge difference. I also love the various reports like revenue waterfall, ARR waterfall and more SaaS specific ones like logo retention. What do you dislike about Rillet? As with any new system, there’s a learning curve, but support has been excellent and the benefits have been immediate.

Rillet unified a formerly disjointed set of tools - syncing Maxio, QuickBooks, Salesforce, and manual reconciliations - into one unified workflow that’s faster, more accurate, and audit-ready. What do you dislike about Rillet? Some scenarios still require workarounds today, but the Rillet team listens closely to customer feedback and consistently ships improvements.

What do you like best about Rillet? I love the SaaS revenue reporting and its integration with the books - before Rillet, this was a manual process between our revenue recognition software and accounting software. This took significant time to update and was never real time.
