What do you like best about Reward Gateway? So easy to use. A great way to recognize coworkers with a thank you from fond. We play weekly games at my work for team building and management rewards us with fond point. Everyone enjoys prizes they can actually use unlike that "Christmas scented candle" that keeps getting re-gifted.

What do you like best about Reward Gateway? Love that you can send kind comments to, or congratulate/recognize colleagues on anything. Positive reinforcement works best in my opinion.
