What do you like best about Reward Gateway? I like how organized fond is and all the options I have to choose from. I also enjoy that I can choose a company that I can donate my points/dollars to instead of having to purchase something.

I purchased a card to use for ‘Boots’
I purchased a card to use at ‘Boots’, not realising that it could not be used for the opticians. I was promised a refund by the card provider, but it was stuck ‘in process’ - when I contacted Customer Service Dept, they acted within an hour to get the refund processed immediately. Truly excellent and exceptional customer service.
