What do you like best about Reward Gateway? I love using Fond as it is super fun and non-intrusive way of thanking my coworkers that I often don't interact with in person. It give them the choice to choose where and what they do with their points . Great motivator

What do you like best about Reward Gateway? I like that we see others' recognitions on the board and that we can filter them by office location. For a quite large company, it's a really useful feature, cause I don't know most of the folks from other offices.

I had an issue with a reloadable card…
I had an issue with a reloadable card not showing the £100 I had loaded to it. It took a little while to sort out with some crossed wires and 2 reloadable cards being in my possession, but the outcome has been sorted, and I thank the team for sorting this out for me.

Hit and miss, bad if things go wrong as you become out of pocket
I've found reward gateway to be very hit and miss, I've used them before without issue but sometimes the vouchers they generate and you have to pay for just don't work the retailer says they are "blocked" after the initial acceptance, then you enter the nightmare territory because the supplier (Ikea in this case) will just cancel your order often without telling you as you wait for the delivery day to come and go, Reward Gateway will not issue a new code or issue a refund they will log a ...
