Helpful customer service - which is in short supply nowadays.
I purchased a Currys gift card through the Smart Spending app. I had weeks and weeks of problems with Currys - feel free to read my 1-star review of them and all of the complaints I was forced to make. However, Reward Gateway had the incident resolved in a couple of days and the money was back in my account. I was a little wary of using the service in case something like this happened - where Currys took the money and refused to supply the product - but the fact that Reward Gateway were ...
