Useless system
I have been using the gateway regularly for well over a year, but in the last week alone my orders have been flagged by the system's security three times. This makes no sense as the frequency of a subsequent check is meant to reduce with each occurrence, but yet again I'm now stuck out of pocket waiting for my money to be refunded. I've complained via email but got no support. Appalling service and useless system.
