Great service!
Sometimes, when things go wrong, it is the test of a company on how they resolve the issue. I had such an issue with Rewards Gateway. I have to say that they resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction in a speedy and fully comprehensive way - going above and beyond what I expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone: their service is outstanding.

What do you like best about Reward Gateway? Using UMatter, it is easy to recognize co-workers to help build a great team that motivates and inspires each other. It helps to encourage positive employee morale. Saving awarded points and using them on Fond is very exciting. It's essential for employees to feel validated and rewarded for their hard work. Fond makes using your points for many things accessible, from Amazon gift cards to cruises!

No Cash Back (again).
I use Rewards Gateway through my employer. However I feel every time I'm due cashback I have to fight for it. I have to raise an enquiry and wait. Then I find myself having to answer questions about what I had purchased. Last year I booked with TUI. I was due £128 Cashback. When I have question this RG state that I did not book through the Gateway and probably used the App, or entered another discount code. A list of things. What do you like best about Reward Gateway? Fond is excellent for saying thanks and acknowledging your peers and colleagues for the work that they put in. It's not just saying thanks or sending them a message, but by putting in the extra effort to acknowledge them through Fond, you're showing that their contribution is valuable and appreciated.
