Quick response and solution
I sent my query in over the weekend and they got back to me first thing on Monday morning and resolved my issue straight away. They also explained it really clearly so I know what to do in the future.

Very helpful and informative and understanding when i needed to refund my gift card, which was nullified for an item at B&Q within the terms which i had not known. Very much appreciate the understanding and speedy resolve.

I requested a refund of a voucher I could not use. Normally they do not do this, however as an exception they managed to arrange a refund and all within about an hour from my request. Fantastic

I am really excited with the services…
I am really excited with the services of Reward Gateway. My account was compromised an authorised giftcard purchase of £519.75 I contacted them to cancel it and refund the money to my card. They prompted got in action and did just that swiftly. The agent showed great professionalism and empathy throughout.I really appreciate it.

I use the reward gateway quite often and each time that I have a query or an issue has arisen the team have been really quick to resolve. Really pleased with the level of service received.
