Via my employer we’ve been introduced to something called Smart Spending and the idea is you get discounts from retailers. Tried it out when buying a present for my wife from Ted Baker for her Birthday and went via Smart Spending to get something like a 4% discount. I had a problem with one of my orders and Reward Gateway was very helpful to solve it. I topped up one of my reloadable cards but the money wasn't added to it. A few days after contacting them I had my money refund to my bank account.

Shady business practice

Shady business practice from customer service regarding cashback. Before ending employment, I requested transfer of cashback from the service to my bank account. They said, on the phone, that I couldn't withdraw cashback until 30 days after the end of employment once it had all been processed through; when I asked if I had to do this by any particular date, they said no so I deprioritized this effort.
