Very long delays to get cashback
REWARD GAYEWAY - Understand your reasoning but it doesn't explain or justify waiting months and months after hotel stays does it?? This is not fair and reasonable in my view. Very long delays to get cashback, arguments seemingly everytime about whether the links were followed / cookies policies were set in a certain way - about half of claims not accepted and increasingly frustrated by the amount of admin the CLIENT needs to do to hunt down the payments that should be made. SmartTech E-gift voucher
Friday last week, I ordered a SmartTech E-gift voucher to purchase a Tumble dryer, after receiving the voucher, I attempted to purchase the dryer, but I was met with the message 'Insufficient Funds' on the currys website. I then tried a few more times, however after receiving the same message a few times, I contacted Jade Parkinson, who quite helpfully pointed me towards the live chat system on the 'Our Place Rewards' website.
