"Extremely pleased with the tool"

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? It is an amazing tool, which serves its purpose, very easy to learn & get used to. very dynamic interface.i can email documents directly as attachments to a contact or an account. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? I would like it to be more versatile across more platforms, yes I use a Windows phone. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes your work easy for creating new contacts, emailing your prospects etc.

"Interface better for Classic SF Users but works well "

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Connects Outlook emails and calendar to Salesforce What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? Admin on our side has to pin tabs and isn't already set-up this way. The interface is strong if you are a Salesforce Classic user, not Lightning. "Easy and useful, but needs some improvements"

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? The fact that is indeed a better option that SalesForce own Outlook for Mac plugin. I have tried both plugins and the features in SmartCloud are much powerful and way more easy to use. Visually is very friendly and intuitive. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I like the 'SmartCloud Connect' Panel on the side. It so conveniently brings all the different aspects of Salesforce right onto my Outlook Desktop App window. Also, It's great about saving relevant emails to ALL the relevant places.
