What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Straightforward, easy-to-use platform for running email campaigns. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? Phone and other campaign processes (ie. social media ads) are a little more difficult to integrate—especially if using an outside cold call service. Emails are generally limited to basic formatting. Would be nice to get Mailchimp-like templates for nicer-looking emails. Or, at the very least, easy ways to insert simple "Click here" buttons, ...

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I love having a tool that seamlessly syncs Salesforce to my Outlook. Revenue Grid bridges the gap between both tools and thus makes a great partner in my day-to-day endeavors. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? It takes perhaps a few seconds too long to load in Outlook. However, this is not a huge deal given the value that the tool brings to my job and thus I have no major issues here. What do you like best about Revenue Grid? setting up the sequence and email chain is very good What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? There are no downsides in particular. maybe it takes a bit too much time to set up email chain What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? email sequence is the main problem which has been solved.
