What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I like the ability to have a plug-in that connect my outlook mailbox to other tools I use throughout my day What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? Sometimes the software has some glitches in which it pulls information that it should not, but it is easily fixable What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? This is solving a time issue that allows me to add valuable information with minimum effort. It helps me be more productive

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? The simplicity of Revenue Grid and the time back in my day are far and away my favorite part. Drag, drop, and goooo! I'm on to the next task instead of trying to sort through Salesforce. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? The one slight drawback of Revenue Grid is that it doesn't instantly shrink back to the side and become less intrusive. Is this a deal breaker by any stretch, no, however it could be better. What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Ease of use. Everything I need is at the tip of my fingers. If I have an issue, it is easy to fix. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? So far no dislikes, maybe an easier way to choose which emails get affected and which don't but other than that, no dislikes. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps me remember which customers I have already spoken to and where I am at in the sales process with them.

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Once installed it provides an easy background experience that syncs only customer emails into Salesforce, while at the same time providing a very fast and efficient manner in which to create new records from within Outlook.
