What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I never have used anything like this before and it was easy to use. Once I was on it, I could see, it was easy. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Using Revenue grid helps cut down time on entering data. Its connection with Salesforce is very helpful and it makes me feel more productive and quicker when doing my daily tasks. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? I think something that can be improved upon in Revenue Grid is the autofill feature when importing new contacts. It would be nice to just have a contact saved with one click rather than having to fill in the info anyways. What ...

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Log everything automatically when linking up with salesforce. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? A bit slow down my outlook, may be my computer not fast enough. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? Avoid the mail missing when followed by a different person.

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? That it is a quick and easy way to access Sales Force What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? I dislike that some of the information does not transfer. "Easy to bridge to SF"

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Being about to create a case from Gmail. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? It would be nice if the info received in Gmail could just copy straight over without having to manually enter all the info before creating a SF Case. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? RG allows us to continue to retrieve emails still trickling in through Gmail so we don't miss anything and then allows us to create a SF Case.

"Seamless & User Friendly"

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I like that I can link my emails associated with Salesforce so effortlessly. Also, it houses many of my email templates. This saves a lot of time. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? Sometimes it has glitches where it lags and I need to restart Outlook. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? Data recording, template saves, interlocked with Outlook so I don't have to open another program.
