"Not Admin Friendly/ Slow to Respond to your requests"

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? The account Management team is accommodating, but their hands are tied when it comes to updates and such. The idea of logging our emails without manually having to do it. I do appreciate that they will make good on any issues. What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I like that you do not have to type in everyone's name to connect it, and I do not have to copy and paste it into Salesforce anymore. However, it is frustrating more often than not. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? The amount of times it disconnects and randomly bring people into some emails and doesn't track the exact lead I need it to.
