What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Very simple and intuitive, there is no additional work or steps involved once set up. What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Easy to use and mannage. Support have been good. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? Admin UI could be better but it works well enough. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping all client communication logged on CRM when multiple users are speaking with the client over the sales lifecycle.

Sometime unstable performance - add-on within MS outlook needs to be re-installed What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? "Revenue Grid is user friendly"

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I like how intuitive it is. It pulls the email directly from Salesforce and allows us to add our custom fields to capture more specific data. It's a click or two of a button and I've also never had it glitch within the two years that I've used it.
