Simple and intuitive
It’s simplicity to work, and fast response to manipulation. It is versatile and easy to adjust to your need. Revel gets your business and know that all are different in their own way, so it make a perfect tool for you small or big company. Platform can be little unstable sometimes. Bugs with discounts and combos are common. But Definitly It is a must try, without any doubt. Great and clean interface, easy and intuitive to use, Customizable, versatile and has a great team behind it.

Great software and customer support.
Hi, I've been using revel pos since 2012 and I am very satisfied. The quality, intuitively set up of both back end and front end, stability, and width of tools in the revel pos system is the best I have seen and experienced by far. There is however a new law coming out in my country that renders the software illegal starting from January 2017 (that goes for all pos systems that are not approved, and not only Revel System pos) I would like to have seen these issues met by revel systems, ...

Support and On-boarding process
I am working with Nenad on our on-boarding and implementation. He is extremely competent and dedicated to find solutions to our special scenarios. Worst experience with a supplier since my opening! I saw the all the bad reviews about the support before signing up but my Sales represent based in UK told me that I will have a UK support and it will be very different. And as an IT, I told myself that I will succeed to setup the POS by myself with the documentation. You can’t. The documentation is not up to date, you have limited privilege on admin and the support UK or whatever is the most useless support I ever encounter. I have ...
