Fantastic POS Software!
I highly recommend Revel Systems! Their system is so user-friendly and very easy to setup and train your staff! They have excellent customer service and technical support as well! Glad we made the switch!

Great Service and Follow up
Had a great experience when dealing with an integration issue with our payment provider. despite not being Revel's issue, they stickhandler the issue through with the payment processor until everything was working. Great service

Great POS
I bought Revel POS for my small restaurant when we opened in 2012. They system is very robust and the technical support is wonderful. They are constantly upgrading the software, give us more and more tools to utilize to assist in running a profitable business. I've worked with many of Revel's clunky competitors over the years, and Revel is truly a great value and a very competitive system. Very few glitches, and when there is one, the team works hard to correct it. Thanks Revel!

Great POS

Revel POS
Revel POS has its quirks - Revel primarily serves the restaurant market, so their offerings to the retail market have limitations due to Revel's inexperience with Retail...but they do care, they are trying, and in the year that we have been using the system, there have been improvements, albeit small ones.

Services on phone calls
i`m very happy with your system its very ez to use , when i call with a portable help is always available ,but level 1 could do better a lot of issues they cant help so well

Hands down best iPad based POS
It isn't the cheapest nor the easiest to load, but once you're up and running it's definitely the most superior system we have used to date. In addition, our employees are quicker with the Revel POS and our customers have taken notice. We are able to move more customers through our line than ever before! Thanks Revel
