Easy to use. Robust reporting.
Revel is easy to use and configure. It also provides the most robust reporting functionality for a web-based system. I would highly recommend this to any restaurant considering a new POS. We worked with very professional, accommodating and knowledgeable technicians to transition to Revel. The process of installing the system was seamless and effortless on our part.

Worst Software Experiences
We are existing Revel System customer but I think our 2 year relationship is going to be an end. Changing a POS system is not simple but we still choose to leave must have our reasons. I just want to share my experiences with everyone who might consider marry to them. 1. Doesn't work as advertised
Horrible experience! If you are considering Revel for QuickBooks Online integration beware of false advertising. While receiving the sales pitch for the product, I was assured that complete integration was available. I specifically asked about house accounts and transferring account info to QuickBooks. Easy to use
Love that Revel is easy to use and that they are constantly improving. If they don't have a solution to my problem they help me to solve it or let me know they will work on adding it to there system updates.

Revel has replaced our old POS system.
Revel has replaced our old POS system. The installation went fast and smooth. The training went well. The installer and trainer was courteous and knowledgeable. The new Revel system is a great fit for us.

Revel is the way to go
Revel is a solid platform that can adapt to all kinds of businesses. I own a bakery and it has dramatically helped us make things easier and ultimately provide better customer service. Their support is always available too, which is very helpful! Highly recommended!

Good product with good customer service
We have used Revel for close to one year. Any issue that needed addressing was addressed timely and completely. The customer service staff calls when they say they will and follows the issue thru to resolution.

This is a horrible investment.
I run a furniture store. We do a lot of special orders and layaway. A little over a month ago I was experiencing problems with the ipads not syncing up. The customers would be in the system but the payments were wacky. one ipad would say the a customer made 3 payments and another would say that they made 4 and the last one would say they made none. The back end had all the payments for them so at least I was able to see it that way. I called the tech team and they made sure that they were ...
