Getting started with Revel was a pleasure rarely found in B2B sales. I expected a high pressure sales experience and instead received professional, straight forward answers to all my questions and assistance through every step of the process.

The implementation process with Revel has been frustrating. Beginning with the DocuSign process that would not allow me to submit my contract (probably a sign). The DocuSign would only allow me to submit until I put my social in the title box. I was told by my sales rep that there was an extra space after my social creating the error, not the case. It wasn’t until i realized the error was specifically targeting the box that i’d Listed my title. After acceptance, I was told that my card was ...

Great service by Ruben very knowledgable answered many of my questions, ran through a Skype demo with me to show off all the features I had enquired about. He has also got a very friendly personality, I feel like we are going to be well looked after after we signed up with the Revel POS system for our new QSR in Newcastle.

I do not understand why a point of sale system would not show your quantity on hand when you want to place a fill in order. How are you supposed to know how much you need if you don't know what you have? With this system and the last that upset me, you would either need to go physically count your items or look them each up individually which is counter productive to and inventory control system.

Revel offers an extremely easy and intuitive user interface. Training time is minimal and the iPad platform is very reliable. I have been using Revel Systems for almost two years and just placed an order for another system for Aspen Burger Company's second location. Despite the fact that @trustpilot stated that my previous review was flagged for violation of terms I am reposting the same review having sent a copy of a Revel invoice to Trustpilot. Great system

Great system! LOVE being able to see live reports from anywhere and manage updates remotely. Support is also great and always available. So happy that I switched over from my previous POS.
