What do you like best about ResMan? The software is so user friendly! I used to think OneSite was easy...Resman blows it out of the water. Also, the seamless interface with other multi-family software i.e., SafeRent and local LIHTC affiliates. What do you like best about ResMan? The help button is always there if you need more help. What do you dislike about ResMan? There isn't anything that I do not like. I love Resman. I can always go directly to a tenants account to find out any infomation such as their ledger, and even work orders to see what has been fixed in the past.
