What do you like best about ResMan? The upsides of using ResMan are that it is very user friendly, if you arent tech savy its still rwally easy to use. The system never has issues or runs slow either which is very helful in ensuring we can work efficiently! What do you dislike about ResMan? "I find ResMan very easy to use."

What do you like best about ResMan? In my past jobs (I'm an accountant and use the payables, journal entries, and GL functions) I have used Solomon (Great Plains) and NetSuite. I find that ResMan is very easy to use. I like that you can copy invoices and journal entries as most of what I do is repeated on a monthly basis. The bank recons are also simple to use. What do you like best about ResMan? Very self explanatory. Very easy to work with and understand. What do you dislike about ResMan? Than i have to enter a ticket for help instead of being able to call customer service. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping up with residents very helpful.

What do you like best about ResMan? I enjpy that I am able to have everything in one main page. Easy to navigate throuhg if your a fist time person using the program. Steps and information very accessible. What do you dislike about ResMan? At times it has a few slow or glitch problems. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? Adding features to our program like applicants aplying online and paying fees as they apply.

What do you like best about ResMan? ResMan is very user-friendly, I never used this system, and I thought I would have a hard time, but it's a breeze. What do you dislike about ResMan? I don't dislike anything about ResMan. I What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? Resman makes everything easier. One of my favorite features is being able to add the resident's picture to the profile.

What do you like best about ResMan? Adding pictures picture to the FAS and the blass messages. I have been updating renters insurance; the report insurance expectations have been a great tool to complete my goal. What do you dislike about ResMan? "Resman is great for resident communication and management!"

What do you like best about ResMan? Chat feature and ease of communication with residents. What do you dislike about ResMan? Would be great to have the option for management to attach images to the text portal to send images to residents. Also, a larger text capacity option, more than 160 characters for templates. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? Ease of communication.
