Easy to use and just works, has been solid for years
I've been using Resilio Sync for years, it was the first time I ever paid for software as a teen. It really "just works" on just about any platform I've tried (mainly Linux, Windows, and Android, both servers and personal devices).It's getting harder to find software that doesn't rely on a monthly subscription, the one-time payment for Resilio Sync is more than worth it.

Sync Pro has worked like a charm once I figured out that I needed to use the same identity name on all clients (peers). Very handy for accessing files from my work laptop or phone without needing to chew up space for all of them.

Great in theory, not so much in real life
It really pains me to write this because in theory this tool is fantastic, that is what the second star is for. Unfortunately the reality of it is that the software seems buggy. Camera uploads works only sometimes, sync crashes, has user right issues, stops and requires reboots, authorisations arrive late and on different devices, doesn't sync some files. I can honestly say I have a good knowledge of PC's, but this has taken me a day of work to get things fixed with the forum which is just ...

Good program with bad support
The program is good for syncing files with my NAS but support is not responding in declared times for paid clients. No response for 3 days already.
