SIMPLY THE BEST!
Awesome experience with this software. I've been using SyncThing since it's open-source and with a lot of positive reviews, I can't pass on it. However, upon actual use, it's cumbersome to setup. I'm an IT person and even though I was able to set it up successfully with all of my devices, I had to document the process. Good software with room for improvement
Not being able to sync folders inside of other folders is a huge roadblock for me. I had to work around this limitation by restructuring my folders that have been set up for well over a decade. It's not the end of the world, but it is a major inconvenience. My specific use case is photo syncing. I would like to sync cell phone photos to a folder inside my 'Pictures' folder on my home server, then sync that folder to my NAS to back everything up. Pros and Cons
It's a great app, but as soon as you sync MANY small files, the transfer drops down to a snail's pace which makes it pretty much unusable for urgent projects.Works great for large files though.

Resilio is like no other sync program. It's a brilliant application.
Resilio is like no other sync program I've used. I like its unique and very solid way of syncing files between computers on my local network. I absolutely love this software. I struggled with this for years and along came Resilio! It is a brilliant application that the developers should really feel proud of. It is amazing how well it works, and consistently the files are identical on all computers with no glitches.

Essential for my workflow nowadays
Essential for my workflow nowadays, use it to sync all my music-, and video projects between computers and companions, great stuff. Just be careful not to sync a folder within a sync folder which creates a loop which may corrupt all your files.
