What do you like best about Resi? The hardware quality and resilience of the encoders gives me confidence that they won't fail on us! The web portal for scheduling events and managing encoders is super simple, and gives easy access to connecting to social media accounts, etc as well. What do you like best about Resi? Resi is an incredibly user friendly UI. As a rookie learning the ropes of live-streaming during the pandemic, I was able to navigate the UI with relative ease because of all the thought that has gone into the design. What do you like best about Resi? Resi really cut down on the amount of training I had to provide volunteers with regards to how to use streaming software. It’s so simple to just schedule the services and the encoder automatically runs without any additional programming. What do you like best about Resi? We had struggled with a different streaming solution in the past and decided to pull the plug on it and switch to RESI. I do not regret the decision at all!!! What do you like best about Resi? It has been super helpful in a great quality stream for our church. We love how easy it is to stream each week, and it is resilient, where other solutions didn't't cut it for our needs. What do you dislike about Resi? Every once in a while, as in any production environment, there are small issues. For instance, when clicking end on the Resi Control stream page, it doesn't actually end on Facebook. "Hands down most reliable service ever experienced."

What do you like best about Resi? The best part of Resi is how rock solid they are. The streaming is flawless and redundant. What do you dislike about Resi? Honestly nothing that I can think of. The new name is starting to grow on me lol What problems is Resi solving and how is that benefiting you? Resi is allowing us to stream to all of our platforms with ease. They also make it super easy to have separate encoder profiles so we can stream special events with a different embed code etc.
