"Solid Platform - Great support"

What do you like best about Resi? The system is robust with a large number of advanced features. Tech support is solid and has been able to help us out of a jam on numerous occasions. What do you dislike about Resi? Pricing can be confusing. Bbilling is hard to navigate as I don't believe they have a portal for that last I checked. What problems is Resi solving and how is that benefiting you? We stream our services to 4 different campuses plus an online audience.

The best feature about Resi is that our entire internet has gone down when we're streaming our church service, but because of the 90-second buffer window, by the time our internet came back, those viewing our stream had no knowledge that we lost internet. What do you like best about Resi? It just works. After the onboard training session, it seemed too good to be true. No way could it be this simple. But really it is! If you have a recurring schedule, it is as simple as providing a video input, create a scheduling profile, and walk away. Availability of tech support. AMAZING! What do you dislike about Resi? What do you like best about Resi? I implemented Resi when they were still known as Living As One and ever since I haven't looked back. Resi is a great tool because of its dependability and ease of use. My team is made up of people who haven't touched a computer until they were 22. So the learning curve is huge. "Excellent streaming or multi-campus solution for churches!!"

What do you like best about Resi? The hardware quality and resilience of the encoders gives me confidence that they won't fail on us! The web portal for scheduling events and managing encoders is super simple, and gives easy access to connecting to social media accounts, etc as well. The LAN mode of encoders/decoders in the same network is also a great feature. We use that to have access to the stream quickly in-building, or at our second campus, which is connected via fiber.
